SMS Terms
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms cover text messages sent by RoadDesk, a breakdown management service operated by FluxorAI.
Program description
RoadDesk sends text messages about truck breakdowns:
- Drivers receive breakdown case updates, such as confirmation that a case is open, the vendor assigned, and vendor ETAs.
- Fleet managers receive case updates and approval requests for repairs over their fleet’s approval limit, and can approve or decline by replying.
RoadDesk does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you are enrolled
Drivers are enrolled by the fleet they drive for, with the driver’s consent. The fleet adds the driver’s mobile number to RoadDesk and confirms the driver has agreed to receive breakdown texts. A driver who texts the RoadDesk number about a breakdown will also receive replies about that case.
Fleet managers are enrolled when their fleet adds them as an approver or escalation contact, with their consent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive texts only when there is an open breakdown case you are part of, and the number depends on how the case goes.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any RoadDesk text to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that.
- Reply HELP to any RoadDesk text for help.
- For anything else, email [email protected].
If you opt out, RoadDesk can no longer text you breakdown updates. Your fleet can still reach you in other ways.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
